The ALPEN OPTICS Apex XP 2.5–15x50 is a versatile riflescope for hunting and sports, and features a 30 mm tube diameter. The premium optics are equipped with the innovative BDC illuminated reticle, which is located in the second focal plane and therefore does not increase in size with the zoom level. The reticle on the ALPEN OPTICS Apex XP 2.5–15x50 riflescope can be easily adjusted with MRAD - i.e. 1 click = 1 cm at 100 metres. This means that you do not need to do any calculations with the MOA (minute of angle) system. Simply set the parallax compensation to the desired range and the position of the reticle will remain the same. This is particularly useful if you look into the eyepiece at a slight angle, as the reticle will stay locked on your target.

The MOA and MRAD turrent systems refer to two different measurement systems: metric and imperial. The Metric and the Imperial.
